Our one-on-one breathwork session begins with a conversation. Who you are, where you might be feeling stuck, or what you want to let go of, and what you'd like to change. From there, you will learn both Conscious Connected Breathing and the use of the body to take you on an energizing and healing journey.
I use 25 years of experience with working with people, bodies, and breath and over 12 years of coaching using NLP and hypnosis, to support you in moving dense energy and opening your heart. Each session is different and unique to you. I look forward to meeting you.
